AI-assisted development has made that genuinely possible for someone whose background is economics rather than computer science. I'm less interested in the novelty of it than in what it lets you ship — so everything here started as something I actually wanted to exist.
LeagueMate
Every fantasy football league has the same running joke: someone always finishes bottom, and someone always has to pay for it. Ours had spent years living in a group chat and a long-suffering spreadsheet, so I built the thing that should have existed all along.
LeagueMate plugs into a Fantasy Premier League mini-league and keeps score of everything happening around the actual football — who finished last each gameweek, what that means for the pot, and two season-long tables tracking wooden spoons collected and how everyone's picks are landing. It's a scoreboard and a ledger rather than a wallet: it keeps the record, and the settling up stays between friends.
